After abicycle accident, René helped mewith myknee rehabilitation. For 5weeks, his sessions helped meenormously inmy recovery. Today was mylast session withhim, tomorrow Iwill beable torun again. I'm sograteful! René isan excellent physiotherapist, very kind and patient. Iwould recommend René & Plexus toanyone who needs professional assistance for rehabilitations!

Worked with Ali asI had some back pain. Ali was super helpful. With amixture ofdry needling and some physiotherapy, Iwas back tomy original form inno time. Highly recommend his approach!

I have been working with Ali Toplu for upper back/shoulder issues atPlexus for last 6months. Hehas helped immensely inmy recovery. Ichanged quite afew therapists inthe city and amglad Igot towork withAli. Ali understands the pain issues, and helped plan aneffective recovery plan.
He helped try acombination ofseveral techniques and exercises tocontinue onpath ofrecovery and build strength. Ifound that Ali iseasy toaccess for aquick appointment and helps prioritize goals dep

Due toan accident Iwas feeling astrong lower back discomfort for weeks, but Ali Toplu helped meto minimise the pain from 10to 0with just afew sessions thanks tomassages, manipulation and exercise suggestions. Great professional, highly recommended!

Excellent physiotherapy with top service.
I went toRene Mol with avery painful foot which had been bothering mefor 3months. Every day the pain was present. Within 6weeks through well explained and articulate advice, tailored exorcizes and aseries offoot massages and stretches, myfoot isnow good asnew.
Rene was attentive, friendly and clearly well experienced inhis trade that Iinstinctively followed his guidance and instruction. Very welcoming and kind.

Ik loop aleen tijdje bij Rene enben echt super blij! Ikben redelijk vaak veranderd van Fysio endit isde beste die iktegen ben gekomen enwaar ikdus hopelijk nog lang kan blijven komen:) Super vriendelijk team enfantastische service!

I worked with Rene for 6weeks, Istart with alimitation onmy back and neck, after two sessions, situation begin toget better, and even after 5th session all pain disappeared and myspine become flexible again. Really recommended for people having back and neck problems. Thanks!

I had severe back problems caused bya hernia and joined Plexus for their physiotherapy. Bram supported menot only with excellent exercises but also toovercome the physiological problems ofback pain. After 4months Iam fully back tonormal and have nocomplains any more. Highly recommend!

Ik heb hier een intake gehadm.b.t. pijn inmijn onderrug. Erwerden voornamelijk open deuren ingetrapt ener werd gesteld dat buiksluipen geen kwaad enzelfs goed voor jeis. Ikviel van deene verbazing inde andere bijdhr. vdHeuvel. Tot dekoop toe52,50eur voor dit half uurtje kletspraat. Ikzie dat demeeste reviewschrijvers hier 1tot 2reviews hebben geschreven… Ikkom hier niet meer nadeze slechte ervaring.

Schouder blessure opgelopen waar ikzelf als trainer niet meer uit kwam. Fysio Ali heeft mij hierbij goed geholpen. Naspoedig herstel kan ikalle activiteiten weer oppakken!

Fysio Bram heeft mij erg goed geholpen toen ikgeblesseerd raakte aan mijn hamstring. Nadat ikdoor hem was behandeld kon ikal direct veel meer, dit incombinatie met deoefeningen die hij had voorgesteld zorgden voor een spoedig herstel.

Best Physio & manual therapy inAmsterdam. I've had ongoing knee and shoulder issues for many years and since seeing Bram atPlexus Ihave nocomplaints. Heis always very thorough and gives exercises where Iquickly notice the difference. Highly recommend!

10jaar klachten gehad van mijn rug/nek enschouder. Intotaal 8behandelingen gehad waarvan drie Dry-needling. Ikhad nooit gedacht dat deze pijn weg zou kunnen gaan naal die jaren. Ikben meer dan tevreden over deze fysio.

Al een aantal jaren kom ikbijAli. Verschillende klachten enblessures aanrug, knie enlies zijn door hem verholpen. Recent behandeld aan lage rugklachten. Met een wederom een erg succesvolle enresultaatgerichte behandeling van deze betrokken fysiotherapeut, ben iker weer van afgekomen! Ikben als actieve sporter heel blij met Plexus enin het bijzonder fysiotherapeutAli.
