These dawgs on the gridiron brought in every game and gained the attention of many and because of that, they have landed on this standout list.
Hayden Drinkard

Hayden Drinkard
School: George Ranch
Drinkard shows great initial quickness paired with the agility and balance to get around the corner and turn upfield. He plays fast and runs with urgency, beating defenders in a footrace and using his speed to generate big plays. Drinkard is a versatile athlete, showing effectiveness as both a runner and receiver. He is an elusive player who is a threat to score whenever he touches the ball. For his sophomore season, Drinkard ran for over 800 yards with 9 touchdowns and also racked up over 300 yards receiving. He is a playmaker ready to take over when the opportunity presents itself.

Brewer is an all-around athlete with tremendous speed and strength. He is quick off the line of scrimmage, creating separation with his second gear, and has proved to be a deep threat who makes big plays. Brewer displays strong, soft hands and is a consistent pass catcher. He makes great adjustments to the ball in the air and comes down with difficult catches. Brewer is a special talent who will be a popular name for seasons to come.

Scott is a one-on-one nightmare for defenders. At 6’4, he is a deep threat and a red zone target who uses his frame to box out defensive backs and agility to outjump them. Scott shows great quickness off the line and shows strong route running. He is dangerous after the catch where his long strides in the open field help him outpaces defenses. Scott is a game changer at the position and a player on many radars after a strong sophomore season.

Henderson is a special talent of the football field. His abilities in and out of the pocket is top tier, and because of that he is a top player nationally in the class. Henderson stands tall in the pocket at 6’4 and delivers dots with pressure in his face. He stays composed, steps up, and has the arm talent to throw at every level. His level of play as a sophomore was jaw-dropping and the scary part is that he is only going to get better. The U of H commit is must-watch and he will be a top name for the seasons to follow.

Wallace is a tough runner who shows great patience and burst. He is a shifty back who reads lanes well and has the agility to make sharp cuts and change of direction. Wallace hits the corners and gets up field in a hurry, picking up chunks of yards with every carry. He shows good strength and power in his runs as well, finishing them with physicality, running through defenders. Wallace is a player with the potential to take off next season so keep eyes on him.

Brown knows how to make plays when all seems lost at the quarterback position. He is quick on his reads and hits his targets in stride even in tight coverage. His accuracy is noticeable as well as his touch on his throws. Brown drops the ball in the basket especially outside of the numbers and down the seams. He shows no hesitation and gives his weapons a chance to make plays. Brown also shows dual threat abilities, taking off when the time is right and gaining big yards, keeping drives alive. Brown will look to help lead the Cougars to another success season and develop his game even more heading into his junior campaign.
